After-sales Service

Installation, commissioning, diagnosis and maintenance for gear motors, reducers and VFDs. Spare parts is a separate desk so a failed station can ship the same day.

Installation guidance

Foot, flange and hollow-shaft attitudes follow the catalog drawing. Do not hammer a GHM/GVM flange lock. Align couplings; a right-angle head is not a substitute for a bent frame. Wiring: star 380V default, delta 220V on request; reverse by swapping two phases. VFD R/S/T in, U/V/W out. Installation notes and wiring PDFs are in the Download Center.

Commissioning support

Phone, email or on-site by agreement. Typical checks: nameplate vs supply, brake on its own 220V feed, inverter parameters, a loaded test run, noise vs the ≤55 dB outgoing limit. A commissioning note can list the code, ratio and VFD parameter set so the next shift is not guessing.

Fault diagnosis & troubleshooting

Send a nameplate photo, hours in service and the symptom (heat, noise, no start, brake slip). Phase-loss vs overload vs short leave different winding traces — we use that, not a generic “replace the motor.” A 5IK-style code is enough to pull the drop-in spare.

Maintenance services

Standard units use H-730-1 grease sealed for life — no relubrication visit. Maintenance is inspection, not a grease gun: seal lips, brake air gap, fan on inverter-duty motors, VFD dust. High-bay and pit units are specified maintenance-free for that reason. Wet or flour-heavy halls still need a duty check.

18-month warranty service

Warranty period is 18 months from dispatch on standard gear motors, unless the order confirmation states otherwise. Miswiring, missing brake supply, inverter frequency above 60 Hz on a gearhead, and shock undersizing are outside the design envelope — those cases are diagnosed, then quoted. Keep the nameplate photo; it is the serial.

24-hour technical response

Technical reply within 24 hours on business-day tickets (phone, mail, WhatsApp). Standing-stock codes leave Dongguan the same day. This is a 24-hour engineering response, not a claimed 24/7 global breakdown crew. Critical stations should keep one hot spare.

Need a spare on a failed station?

Nameplate in; same-day stock out on standing codes.
