Code example 5IK60RGN-CF: 90×90 frame, induction motor, K series, 60W, speed-control, GN helical shaft, 220V single-phase, fan. The code language matches common Japanese compact motors, so drawings usually swap without a redesign.

Aluminium housing, integral gearbox, lifetime brand grease, 100% copper windings, high-grade silicon steel, hard-alloy gears, TPI ball bearings, aluminium end cover.

Gearhead families (6 W–90 W)

2GN / 3GN

6W / 15W. 60×60 / 70×70 mm. Ø6 mm shaft. Induction (I), reversible (R) or torque (T) motor. Ratios 1:3–1:180.

4GN

25W volume series. 80×80 mm. Ø8 mm shaft. Ratios 1:3–1:180.

5GN

40–90W. 90×90 mm. Ø12 mm shaft. Ratios 1:3–1:180.

Options on this range

Brake from 25W, governor, encoder, fan, thermal protector, terminal box, extension lead.

Power and voltage

6W and 15W are single-phase 110V or 220V only. 120W and above are listed under standard gear motors.

Five reasons for the compact range

In stock

Wattage steps from 6W to 90W. Standard codes ship the same day.

Temperature rise

470-grade steel plus F-class 155°C wire. Motor temperature rise can stay below 23°C.

Quiet

Batch grade-6 gears, unit-by-unit noise-room test, ≤55 dB.

Options

Brake, governor, encoder, fan, thermal protector, terminal box, extension lead.

Lifetime grease

H-730-1, −50°C to +180°C. No relubrication.

Brakes

Power-off electromagnetic, 25–90W on this page, 220V single-phase. Fixed-speed three wires; speed-control five; brake versions add two yellow wires.

Speed controllers

Governors for 6W–90W motors on this page. The slower the set speed, the lower the available torque. Do not use a governor for frequent reversing or start-stop — that duty belongs on a VFD.

Where they run

Small conveyors, packaging, food machines, mixers, medical devices, office automation, gates, textile auxiliaries. Four motion types: horizontal (belt, screw, rack), vertical (sprocket, cam), indexing rotation, and mixing.

Full output-torque tables by wattage and ratio, encoder part numbers, and the confirmed IP class for this series are issued from engineering with the quotation. Standard protection is IP55 unless the datasheet says otherwise.
