Right-angle gear motors are one of three in-house families (with miniature and medium) — not a bought-in head. Input and output sit at 90°, which solves height limits and side drives.
K-series right-angle gearheads, GN standard or GU heavy helical shafts. Batch grade-6 gears, noise ≤55 dB. Brake, speed control, inverter and encoder options match the miniature and GH/GV lists.
Typical stations: vertical lifts, side conveyors, corner transfers, packaging reverse stations. A 90° head often recovers about 30% of the length a straight motor plus coupling would need.
