Helical gear reducers

RC / FC helical, SC worm, KC bevel — frames 07–167 for heavier stations that outgrow a GH/GV envelope.

RC·FC helical / SC worm / KC bevelFrames 07–167GBMD DC / GBMA AC brakesPairs with YS / Y motors

RC — foot-mounted helical

Hardened helical gears. Versions: RC.YS/Y, RC.FYS/Y, RCF.YS/Y, DRC.YS/Y (double extension shaft). Frames 07 / 17 / 27 / 37 / 47 / 67 / 77 / 97 / 107 / 137 / 147 / 167.

FC — flange-mounted helical

FC.YS/Y, FCH (horizontal), FCV (vertical), FCHF / FCVF flanged, FCVZ and combination FC.RC types.

SC — worm structure

SC.YS/Y, SCF.YS/Y, SC.RC.YS/Y. High ratio with self-locking on the right ratio band.

KC — bevel structure

KCA / KCH / KCV plus Z variants and KC.RC combinations. 90° power flow in a heavy housing.

Brakes and fans

GBMD DC brake — manual release as standard; foot, vertical or universal attitude.

GBMA AC brake — frame 100 and below; 380V or 220V three-phase.

Inverter fan — 380V three-phase forced cooling on inverter-duty motors.

HRC60 tooth flanks, root case ≥1 mm, teeth ~20% thicker, module one size up (1.25 vs 1.0). Foot, flange, foot-and-flange and double-shaft versions without a frame gap from 07 to 167. Combines with YS aluminium motors, VFDs and governors as a complete drive.

Frame-by-frame power, torque and ratio tables, published efficiency, and radial/axial load ratings are filled by engineering on the quotation. Those cells are marked pending in the source pack and are not invented here.
